First Copy

It’s here! The first proof copy of my new book! Auntie was a definite labor of love, and I was so excited to be sent the first copy this week in preparation for the January launch. There’s nothing quite like holding the book in your hands and turning the pages, seeing all the words actually in print. I know I’m biased into thinking it’s a great book…and one that features an important and seldom-discussed topic…but I’m looking forward to introducing this one.

On that note, have a happy Thanksgiving this week! May you each be surrounded by family (or not, if that’s your preference), good books, and delicious food. I’ve got dibs on the leftover mashed potatoes and stuffing!

Tali Nay

Tali Nay always wanted to be a fiction writer and was thus surprised when "real life" is what came out when she actually sat down to write something substantial. Tali studied writing in college, and then—entirely by accident—found herself working in business. She went on to earn an MBA, although recently left Corporate America in order to pursue her dream of becoming a gemologist. After a stint in New York City earning her diploma at the GIA, Tali now works in the gemology industry and lives in San Diego, California.
